About Idaraa
Most retail and food businesses end up stitching together a POS app, a separate spreadsheet for inventory, a delivery app, and a paper notebook for daily cash counts — none of which talk to each other, and none of which were built for how a pharmacy, a restaurant, and a supermarket are actually different businesses with actually different needs.
Idaraa is one system that adapts to the business running it, instead of five separate apps forced together. A restaurant gets recipes and production; a pharmacy gets batch and expiry tracking, with expired batches blocked from sale based on configured controls; a supermarket gets multi-branch stock and supplier receiving — all on the same platform, the same login, the same reports.
The customer storefront is built bilingual from the ground up — English and Arabic, full right-to-left layout — because that's how business actually happens in this region, not as an afterthought translation layer. And built around what actually runs a business day to day: what's in stock, what's on order, what's in the till at close, who's on shift — not just a dashboard of numbers to look at.
Idaraa is currently available through assisted onboarding, allowing our team to configure each business carefully and continuously refine the platform through real operational use.

Every Idaraa account is set up personally as part of onboarding — our team configures your business account, initial branches and administrator access, then guides you through setup and launch.
Bringing in your existing product catalog is self-serve: download the spreadsheet template from your dashboard, fill it in, and import it directly. Customer lists, supplier records, opening inventory, and opening balances can be assessed and migrated as a separately scoped part of onboarding. Historical sales history can also be reviewed for migration once we’ve seen the structure and quality of your existing data.
Support today is by email — reach us through the Contact form or at info@idaraa.com. We aim to acknowledge enquiries within one business day; how long a fix or answer takes after that depends on what the request actually involves.
